STUDIO SOUP, Aguero 1653 PB “B” CABA, ARGENTINA (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, and their derivatives) provides websites, including https://www.studiosoup.tv/ and its subdomains (collectively, the “Websites”), video games, including AstroPark, Abduct & Destroy VR, and other Studio Soup titles (collectively, the “Games” and each a “Game”), and other online services (collectively, with the Websites and the Games, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) sets forth how we collect, use, protect, store, and otherwise process your Personal Information (defined below). This Policy does NOT apply to information we collect offline or you provide to or is collected by any third party (except as otherwise provided below).

Our Services are not designed for children, and we do not intentionally collect, store, disclose, or otherwise process any Personal Information from children. A “Child” is a person (a) under 13 years old (for residents of the United States); and (b) under 16 years old or such age needed to consent to the processing of personal information in their country of residence (for residents of the EU). 2. What types of Personal Information does the Company collect?
We may collect different types of information depending on how you use our Services, including:
- Identifiers: name, email address, username, device identifiers, IP address, and platform-provided user identifiers such as Meta Horizon User ID (used only for account linking, entitlements, and restoring purchases).
- Internet or network activity: interaction with Websites and Games.
- Commercial information: purchasing history and in-app purchase entitlements within our Games.
- Geolocation data: city, state, and country (non-precise).
- Sensory data: voice via microphone, animation or movement data from gameplay interactions.
- Other categories: content shared publicly in the Services or via communications.
3. From what sources does the Company collect Personal Information?
- Directly from you (when contacting us, playing the Game, completing surveys).
- Automatically from you (cookies, browsing).
- From third parties such as platform providers (e.g., Meta Platforms for User ID and In-App Purchase verification), analytics providers, or game distribution platforms.
4. How does the Company use cookies and other automatic data collection technologies?
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.
5. For what purposes does the Company collect Personal Information?
- To provide, support, or improve the Services.
- To administer the Services, including verifying platform entitlements such as Meta Horizon In-App Purchases and User ID-linked content.
- To enable gameplay features that require user identification (e.g., saving progress, restoring purchases, or linking in-game items to your account).
- To market the Services (with prior consent where required).
- For legal, health, and safety purposes.
- In connection with a sale or transfer of business.
- As otherwise described when collecting your Personal Information.

6. In what situations does the Company disclose your Personal Information?
We may disclose Personal Information to:
- Third-party service providers such as Unity Technologies (game engine services, performance logs, crash reports).
- Platform providers, such as Meta Platforms, when required for authentication, user account linking, In-App Purchase verification, and entitlement restoration.
- Subsidiaries, affiliates, lawyers, consultants, or advisors.
- Buyers or successors in case of merger or acquisition.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To protect rights, property, and safety.
- With your consent.
We do not sell or rent Personal Information.
7. How is my Personal Information protected?
We use appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards.
Retention is limited to business or legal needs.
In case of a data breach, we will notify regulators and affected users within 72 hours when required by law.
8. How does the Company treat Personal Information transferred out of the EU?
We may process data outside of your country of residence, applying safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses when required.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your Personal Information. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell Personal Information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
